TERMS
Last updated 22 Jul 2026
These terms govern your use of Glimpse. By connecting your Fanvue account or otherwise using Glimpse, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Glimpse is a storefront tool for Fanvue creators, operated by the operator of Glimpse (“we”, “us”). It is an app built on the Fanvue App Store and is not operated by Fanvue. Your use of Fanvue itself remains governed by Fanvue's own terms.
Glimpse lets a Fanvue creator curate a public grid of content tiles so fans can browse and unlock items. When a fan chooses to unlock an item, it is delivered as a pay-to-view message inside the fan's Fanvue direct messages. Glimpse is a presentation and management layer only.
Do not use Glimpse to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload content you have no right to share, attempt to bypass Fanvue's moderation or security controls, probe or disrupt the service, or misrepresent who you are. We may suspend access that puts the service, Fanvue, or other users at risk.
You keep ownership of the content you upload and grant us only the limited permission needed to display and manage it inside Glimpse. The Glimpse name, interface, and software remain the property of the operator. Fanvue's marks belong to Fanvue.
Glimpse is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may change or be withdrawn. Fanvue's availability and behaviour are outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost earnings, revenue, or data arising from your use of Glimpse. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You can stop using Glimpse at any time by disconnecting your Fanvue account, which removes the stored tokens. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if required for the security or integrity of the service. Deleting your data is covered in the Privacy page.
How we handle data is described in our Privacy page, which forms part of these terms. We process the minimum data needed to run the storefront and honour GDPR rights for users in the European Economic Area.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of establishment, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law gives you other rights.
