PRIVACY

Your data, briefly.

Glimpse is a Fanvue App Store extension. It lets a Fanvue creator curate a public grid of their items so fans can browse and tap a button to request them via Fanvue's direct messages.

What Glimpse stores

  • The creator's Fanvue user ID, public handle, and display name — fetched from Fanvue when the creator authenticates. We do not store the creator's password.
  • The creator's OAuth tokens, kept inside a signed, HTTP-only session cookie on the creator's own device — and, for creators who enable pay-to-view sending, an encrypted (AES-256) copy stored server-side so Glimpse can deliver unlocks on their behalf. Disconnecting deletes it.
  • The items the creator chooses to publish: title, description, price, optional category, and the uploaded teaser images. All of this is provided by the creator and is intended to be public.

What we don't touch

  • Payments — every transaction happens inside Fanvue.
  • Card or banking details — we never see them.
  • Fan identities: beyond a handle on a paid order, we hold only a Fanvue handle and the order status — nothing more.

Fan data

Browsing a storefront needs no login. For an unlock, we hold only a Fanvue handle and the order status — we never see them. Browsing a storefront needs no login. For an unlock, we hold only a Fanvue handle and the order status — nothing more.

Sharing

We do not sell or share creator data. Images uploaded to the storefront are stored on Vercel Blob and served from a public CDN URL. The storefront page itself is intended to be public — anyone with the link can view it.

Data deletion

A creator can permanently delete every item from the dashboard. To remove their account entirely, including any audit metadata, contact the operator (see Support).

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. The OAuth client secret and Fanvue API tokens never leave the server. We do not request passwords. Vulnerability reports can be sent to the address on the Support page.

Compliance

We process the minimum data needed to provide the storefront. Creators and fans residing in the European Economic Area have GDPR rights of access, rectification, and deletion; honour them by contacting the operator at the Support page address.

Adult content

Listings are managed by the creator. The operator does not moderate listings beyond Fanvue's own policies. Creators are responsible for ensuring their listings comply with Fanvue's App Store listing requirements and applicable law.
