Does Glimpse take a cut?+

No. Glimpse never processes payments — every transaction happens on Fanvue, on your existing terms.

Why don't fans see my new item?+

Items have a Draft / Published status. Only Published items appear on the public storefront. Toggle the status from the dashboard.

Why did my request CTA break?+

Tapping a Request button copies a templated message to your clipboard and opens the creator's Fanvue profile in a new tab. Tap Fanvue's own Message button on the profile, paste, and send. If the profile doesn't open, let us know via the contact email above.

Can I manage more than one creator?+

Yes — agency accounts can manage multiple storefronts from the creator picker at /agency. Switch any time; the active creator is highlighted.

I want to delete my data+

You can delete every item from the dashboard. To remove your account entirely, email support@glimpse-fv.com — we'll respond within one business day.
